Please join me for an introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), the revolutionary healing method that targets unresolved emotional issues and the potential blocks to vibrant health and complete happiness!
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is an amazing ‘tapping tool’ for self-help or a key essential in a therapist’s toolbox. Tapping is a life skill which will support you when coping with the emotional stress of panic attacks and anxiety, break-ups, painful memories, abusive childhoods, physical pain and other difficult times like physical illness. Use this amazing technique to support you on your journey to abundance, peace and calm.
This course teaches EFT from scratch. It is exciting, and often life-changing. Even if you are a complete 'newbie' you will finish the day armed with the knowledge to use the technique for yourself, and on your friends and family, to resolve a wide variety of anxieties, problems and stresses.
If you are already a health practitioner you will have mastered the basic EFT skills to get very significant results with clients straightaway.
